ecoWise held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at ecoWise-Rongyao Ecotech Park on 28 February 2018. The management of the Company presented the financial situation and achievements in FY 2017 as well as the company’s future plans. All resolutions have, on a poll vote, been duly approved and passed by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM and EGM.
